Change a User's Access Permissions

This topic refers to functionality that is not available to accounts on the Quickbase Essential plan. If the functionality described here does not match what you're seeing in Quickbase, your account is probably on this plan.

There are several ways to change a user's access permissions:

• Assign the user a different role.

• Modify the permissions of the role you have assigned the user.

  Note: If you do this, you change the access permissions of all users to whom you have assigned this role.

• Create a new role and assign it to the user.
