About the My apps page

My apps is the first page you see when you sign in. Each time you access an app that isn't already on the My apps page, it appears here.

From here you can:

• Open an app. Click the name of any app in your list to display that app's home page.

• Find apps. View all the apps you've accessed and organize them for ease of use. You can also search for a specific app.

• Create a new app. Click the Create new app icon and choose to start from scratch or import from a spreadsheet.

• View and manage details. Use the details view to hide (remove) apps, see last visit information, or manage apps by category. For apps you manage, you can share to Exchange, or delete apps.

  Switch to the details views using the icons/details toggle:

  

If you are a manager of an app, you can change the icon image and color in the app settings.

My Apps indicators

On My Apps, different indicators may appear on the app icon.

	Unused	App has been shared with you, but you haven't opened it yet.
	Modified	App design or records have changed since you last opened it.
	Used	You have used this app before, but don't manage it.
	Manager	You manage this app.
	Everyone on the Internet (EOTI)	Anonymous access to this app. Read more.
	Recommended app	Recommended app from Quickbase Exchange. Click the app name to create a copy of this app and open it.
