Reasons for Exceeding Service Plan Limits

Once you've chosen a service plan, you can you keep track of your usage to ensure that you don't exceed your plan's limits.

To determine why you exceeded the service plan limits:
  1. Access the Manage Billing Account page.

  1. Click Account Summary.

  2. In the Account Info section, you can find your account statistics in the table under Purchased & Used.

    Quickbase shows how many users you have, and how much space your applications and attached files are taking up. If you are at 90% or over capacity in any category, a link displays at the right of that category. Click the link to add capacity to your service plan.

Tip: To review the limits of your service plan, click the name of your plan.
