Change the Billing Account Administrator

To change the account administrator:
  1. Make sure you have added the user as a Billing Account Administrator.

  2. Access the Manage Billing Account page.

  3. Click Account Summary.

  4. At the top right of the page, click the More drop-down, and select Edit Account Properties.

  5. Within the Billing Contact Email Address field, type the address of new billing account manager.

  6. Click Apply Changes.

Note:You must be a billing account administrator with full management rights to perform this task. Quickbase does not allow you to remove yourself from Permissions page. If you want to be removed, you must follow the procedure above to assign a new Billing Account Administrator. The new administrator can then remove you from the list.

Note: To change your account administrator, or if your billing account administrator has left your company without notice, you must contact Quickbase Customer Care for assistance.
