Register to Use Quickbase

All users must register to use Quickbase. If someone's invited you to an existing application, follow the steps below to create a Quickbase user account. If you're shopping for an online solution and want to test Quickbase out, create a trial account instead.

Do you want to create a trial account?

If you're investigating Quickbase to see if the product can work for you, you should create a trial instead of simply registering to use the program. A trial account grants you the ability to create applications and see everything that Quickbase has to offer. Create a trial account.

To register to use Quickbase:
  1. On the Quickbase home page, click the Sign in link on the upper right of the page.

  2. Click the Create a log-in link.

  3. On the sign up page, enter your first and last name in the fields provided.

  4. Enter your email address. A verification email will be sent to this address, so it must be valid.

  5. Create a password.

In the Choose a password field, enter the password you'll use to access your Quickbase account. The password must be 8-20 characters, and contain both numeric and non-numeric characters. Enter the same password in the Retype password field. Doing so lets Quickbase make sure you've spelled the password correctly.

  6. Set up a security question using the Question, Answer, and Retype Answer fields, in case you ever need to reset your password.

  7. Read the Terms of Service and indicate that you agree to them by clicking the checkbox.

  8. Click the Register button.

Quickbase sends a verification email to the address you provided. You must click the link in the email to activate your account.

  9. Open your email inbox and locate the Quickbase Registration email.

I never received my verification email. What do I do?

Sometimes, verification emails get snagged by spam filters. Check your junk email folder. To avoid this problem, add the corpsales@quickbase.com email address to your safe senders list or email address book. Learn how.

  10. Click the link provided in the email message to open your web browser and display the Quickbase Sign In page.

  11. Enter your password to display the My Apps page.

FAQs

  • I was invited to Quickbase by another user, and I don't have permission to create applications. How can I request it?

If you do not have permission to create apps and attempt to do so, we will email the billing account administrator on your behalf. You will get an email when you are granted the correct permissions.

  • My company has decided to register for Quickbase and I have been using a trial account. Will I be able to access applications I created once my trial is over?

Often, organizations exploring Quickbase have multiple users sign up for 30-day trial accounts to review the product. These users can create applications in their own trial accounts. When the organization decides to register for Quickbase, one of these trial accounts is converted to a paying account and an official Billing Account is created.

All remaining trial accounts expire at the end of their trial periods, and their associated applications are inaccessible to any user who is invited to use them.

If you want to access a trial application once your trial ends, you can submit a request to Quickbase Customer Care to transfer the application into the new Billing Account.
